little boo was one of our laying hens...she averaged about an egg a month, thus she became soup.
renee, did you do the honors of snapping neck, immersing hen into pot of boiling water, plucking feathers etc...oh is that too much info?? I have witnessed Phillip do this and that's how Grandma Grace did it back in the day.
